Good afternoon! I did two workouts this morning and afternoon.
A full body workout. This morning, 10 minutes on the machine to warm up.
I did 5 sets of 20 push-ups, 5 sets of two minutes with the body-blade focusing
on the chest. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 5 sets of two minutes
with the shake-a-weight. 15 minutes on the machine. This afternoon, 5 minutes
to warm up on the machine. 6 sets of 20 rows with 60 pound weights. 3 sets of
two minutes with the body-blade focusing on the triceps.
