I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes to warm up on the machine. 5 sets of 20 push-ups.

5 sets of two minutes with the body-blade focusing on the chest. 5 sets of 1.5 minutes with the

shake-a-weight doing more chest.

Good evening! We had a nice home cooked meat loaf dinner. A light mail day. 3 of my stops

were closed. One had no mail.

Not so sure what to think about SSDs and NAND Flash technology after reading this report from UC San Diego headscratch.gif

In a nut shell, it ain't worth the extra $$$ as it claims to be for a long term usage and performance.
