I felt better as the morning progressed. I did a full body workout. 10 minutes on the machine. 5 sets of 20 push-ups.
5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 5 sets of 20 dips. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. I hope you enjoyed the roasted chicken.
