I did an upper body workout this evening. 6 sets of 15 push-ups, 6 sets of 20 crunches.

5 sets of one minute 30 seconds with my shake-a-weight.

Good morning! Happy Hump day! Another sunny and hot one is store today.

My wife is having dinner with a friend from her former workplace. I will miss

her tonight.

And yes, I know I haven't been around lately. Just busy. Getting ready now for my vacation. Flight leaves on Friday... assuming I don't get delayed/cancelled because of the strike.
