I did an upper body workout. 3 ten minute session on the machine. 5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 5 sets of 30 dips.

5 sets of 20 rows with 50 pound weights. 3 sessions with the body-blade focusing on the chest.

Thanks, yes we did a lot this weekend. I feel much better after my workout.

Yes, I got caught into a hail storm today. I thought that my windshield might get broken by it. Major storm damage around

the area. A tornado siren was sounding when I dropped off my 1pm mail.
