I did a full body workout. 6 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 10 minutes on the machine. 6 sets of 20
push-ups. 6 sets of one minute with the body-blades focusing on the shoulders and chest. 5 sets of two
minutes with the shake-a-weight. 10 more minutes on the machine.
I can't beat that drink. That chicken and rice sounds like a dish that we had the other day.
Good evening! We had a nice fast food chicken dinner. We also went to a huge open air market this morning after dropping the car at the
service department. I got a new phone holster there. Once we picked it up, we went to two bead shops for my wife's jewelry making. We
also stopped at a huge 3 level mall called the Galleria. We also stopped at a large sports store. I got a new energy necklace there. I old
wrist band broke. Watching MLB baseball now. Texas 2-0 over Cleveland in the 8th inning.
