I did a full body workout. 6 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
6 sets of 20 push-ups. 5 sets of two minutes with the shake-a-weight. I also did 5 sets of 20 curls and triceps
pushes with the weights. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
