I worked out for two hours. A 30 minute break in between. I started with 10 minutes on the machine. 5 sets of 20 curls and triceps pushes.
5 sets of two minutes with the shake-a-weight. 10 more minutes on the machine.5 sets of two minutes with the body-blade focuing on the chest.
5 sets of 20 pushups. 10 more minutes on the machine.
