Good early evening! We had a nice Mexican fast food lunch. We also went to a cup cake competition. After that we went
to two Chinese stores. I also did a full body workout. 10 minutes on the machine. 5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 5 sets of 30 dips.
5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 5 sets of 20 rows with 60 pounds weights.
