Good evening! A busy afternoon. We washed the car and got some water for the month. I also worked out for over
an hour. 10 minutes to warm up on the machine. 9 sets of one minute with the body-blades focusing on the shoulders
5 sets of 20 heel raises. 5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 5 sets of 30 dips. 10 more minutes on the machine.
Watching MLB baseball. The Tigers and Orioles are tied 5-5 in the 13th inning.
