Good evening! A busy day. I picked up 3 extra stops. They did not work well with my

other times. I picked up one stop early. Watching the Olympics replays and the Rangers

Angels game. No score there yet.

I did over an hour workout this morning. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 10 minutes on the machine.

5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. 5 sets of 20 dips.

They do quite a bit of replays due to the time zone difference I see
