Good afternoon! We had a nice deli style lunch. We also visited three musiums. They were all within walking distance.

The Modern Arm museum. The Kimball Art museum and the Amon Carter art museum. We also did some shopping for the week. The Rangers won 8-3.

I did a full body workout. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 curls and triceps pushes with 40 pound weights. 6 sets of 20 push-ups.
