Thanks, I did over an hour workout. 15 minutes on the machine to warm up the upper body. 5 sets of 20 rows with
40 pound weighs. Between those sets I did 5 sets of 20 with the Marcy Wedge. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. Between sets
I did 5 sets of 20 with the Iron Arms. 5 sets of 30 dips. Between sets I squeezed the hand grips 20 reps on each hand.
6 more minutes on the machine.
