I did my upper body workout for over an hour. 12 minutes on the machine to warm up the upper body. 5 sets of 20 rows with
45 pound weights. 6 sets of 20 push-ups alternating with 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms.
10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
Not sure if this is a good combination Larry.
