how do I disassemble my nc8430 notebook

hi all , yes I have this nc8430  , and are stuck on pulling the top panel around the outside of the laptop off.

any idea how to go about this . has anyone done this .

I am replacing the screen and reapplying more thermal grease to cpu and so on
