I have a Inspiron b130. When I either lower the screen down or let the screen go in to power saver the screen goes black and shuts off like it is suppose to. The problem is it will not wake up. I have the Hard drive running but the screen will not come back on. I have to hold the power button down to turn it off then restart. If I keep opening and closing the screen it will turn on for a split second then turn off again. If don't let the screen shut down it will work no problem. Is this a software issue or a laptop component failure?
