Alienware laptop M17x R2 hazardous?

The alienware unit I bought has the following problems 1. the num lock, scroll lock and caps lock light not emitting light after enable 2. Whenever i surf and view video from youtube.com or facebook.com, the system crashes, sometimes get bsod 3. the laptop opener has cut my fingers at times my hands many many times. 4. The edge of the laptop generate some kind of electric shock. This can be devastating if a baby accidentally touches it. 5. heats from the palm rest is overwhelming. So far, i had made dozens of calls to DELL , mails or even attempted to initiate a chat thru dell.com.my. All to no avail, either the line abruptly cut off, or they file report and kept quiet and ignore my pleas.

That's a lot wrong with a laptop. I'm assuming you didn't purchase new?

The electric shock is due to a short somewhere.

Document your issues and keep pushing them, request the case to be escalated. Good luck
