M17xr3 3d or not?

I am currently trying to decide whether or not to get the 3d enabled m17x or not. I want to know if it is worth the money and if you can turn the 3d off and use the computer like a regular computer.

 

 

Should i wait for the m18x?

Well the m17x will be cheaper than the m18x so... "worth the money" all depends on what size screen you want.

I'm assuming you can turn off the 3D, otherwise that would be a pretty stupid notebook with 3D constantly on.

You have to enable 3D and use the 3D glasses to view the content.
BTW,,this is the best notebook I have ever owned. All previous have been DeLL XPS models.
