My sager laptop wont connect to wireless internet.

I have a 2 year old sager laptop, model: HL90. I took it to punta cana with me and since ive returned to the states, i can't connect to any wireless internet source. I've tried all the basic ways to make it work but with no success. Anyone know how to fix this?

My first step in troubleshooting would be replacing the wifi card. They're cheap and it's easy to replace.

Un-install the device within device manager, clean out the drivers and let the system re-installing it. Verify if you have any 3rd party internet connection app installed when you were there - remove them
