Tracing of laptop Motherboard.

HI Dear,

            I m new in this field of repairing laptop .is there anybody who help me in faultfinding or tracing of laptop motherboard.

            or gv me some suggestion how can in start or how i learn this.

Search the net for model+service guide or model#schematic, it should get you enough information to start into how to take machines apart

Thnks for reply ,but i already fix the laptop  60% of problems.

Now need to learn the tracing and fault finding technique of laptop motherboard.

Tough one here. You would need to be at least able to locate schematics for any models. And there are hard to find. Then you can proceed with eliminating problematic areas (power circuitry, north/south bridge etc ..) Fixing motherboards require special tools and good schematics.

No can do, I personally know of none - best bet is to search the net for it.

We have a thread here in the ACER section where a member listed a link to some of the schematics. Give that a shot.
