Upgrading my m9750 : CPU, Memory and/or HDD ?

Hi,

after replacing my dead Go 7950 GTX by an ATI Mobility HD 3870, I'd like to upgrade my m9750.

Actually I've got :
T7200
2x1Gb Gskill 4-4-4-12
160Go 7200rpm
ATI Mobility HD 3870

What should I update first to gain a minimum of performance ?
I don't play that much, it's essentially a laptop for work.

2x4Gb Ram ? Does anyone got references of a 2x4Gb cas4 kit compatible with the m9750 ?

T7600 ?

A second hdd 160Go for raid0 or a SSD ?

Does a SSD is a waste of money for such an "old" configuration ?

Thx

If you're not looking to improve gaming performance then you're pretty good right there. Depending upon what is involved in your job, I would consider adding some more memory. I use mine for a lot of art-related programs so that's a big deal. If you work in anything with design or graphics you can never have too much.

For the SSD you probably don't need one. If you can get by on a 160GB then you probably don't have that much to store and will find very little benefit unless noise is a factor for your work.
