I bought an ACER laptop from USA and in one week of its purchase the laptop went dead. Not working at all. Now since I am in India I have to use my International warranty. I understand that a gadget can get bad but I am pissed of now. I call them and they tell me that International warranty is not accepted in my city Mumbai which is a financial hub of India. They just have to service centers in India for the same which is in Banglore and Delhi and I have to go there to repair my laptop which is 1 week old. Making it worse when I email them and ask for an alternate solution they are not helping me out. What kind of products they are making and is this the way you give service to your customers? Highly disappointed with ACER and will make sure that word spreads across to all my friends on my social network.
