now how do i get them to you?

ok, so im good with  ' ctrl ' but ' cmd ' ????? and then i suppose ' v ' is the key 'v'

CTRL-v (or V) = paste.

Brilliant with the screen shot. Now can you review the guide in post #9 to load up the pic?

Everywhere I dug came back to the issue with "type of account" error/issue.

This link provides very much what you need to give it a go. Not be able to access your comp would be hard to walk you through.

just want to thank you all for your help.

my husband came home last weekend, (he works away and cycles at weekends a lot) and within 10 minutes all was well.

it was what everyone thought it was...but as you so rightly pointed out not easy to explain to a computerdunce!

thank you all for your time and help, and no doubt i will be back on here with another problem soon!
