So this is floating around on the web now. If you haven't read about it, the gist seems to be BioWare employees are writing what are most likely, company unsanctioned reviews on MetaCritic.
Here is a short recent history with Dragon Age 2. A BioWare employee, Avanost, gave the highest user rating for DA2 at this time and his employment was soon discovered.

On the day of release for Witcher 2, M_Stannard, gave the Witcher 2 the lowest score possible. His only other review was for DA2 which also had the highest rating possible. His Witcher 2 review, while unethical, is a great chuckle to read!

This episode of terrible decision making on a BioWare employee has really become a thorn on BioWare's side. Trolls have now found something new to entertain themselves with. There are now users showing up with 10 reviews for DA2 and 0 for Witcher 2. Hopefully MetaCritic will be attentive to delete these trolls accounts and reviews as they are providing inflated review scores for DA2 and lowering Witcher 2's.
