Need laptop for college engineering major. After considering min specs below, am considering Dell m4600. Was originally considering XPS 15, but once customized it approached price of m4600 (well, almost).
I am willing to spend a little extra for substantially improved durability (if truly the case) but haven't found a place around me to actually inspect the business grade. I would appreciate any advice from this forum. Thank you.
Must have number keypad (this eliminated the Lenovo w520, which otherwise was a contender)
15" 1920x1080 display
discrete graphics card (not particular with respect to Nvidia or others)
min 250 GB hard drive
min 4 GB memory
i5 or i7 (forum preference)
