acer laptop will not power :(

Hi, my laptop will not power at all. No light indicator, no LCD, nothing. I tried new battery and adapter, holding on the power button for 1 minute but to no avail.
Its happen when I was using the laptop halfway when the laptop just power off suddenly and will not power again.
Hope my laptop will come to back to life :)

Try removing everything that you can remove (ram modules, hard drive ... even the CMOS battery) and re-seat them all.
