Which is the best deal ?
Please compare in terms of the following :
1 . Which Graphic card is better in terms of handling games at high settings?
2. Which LCD screen is better in display ( HP or DELL ) ?
In my opinion Nvidia has Optimus , thus switchable graphics so better battery , but ATI has nothing like that...
But ATI is GDDR5 ..
Still I've heard NVIDIA are better ....
Which is the best deal ???

I have this memory installed in my Inspiron 14R. 6gb (one 2gb & one 4gb). Great performance! I highly recommend Kingston.

The Radeon 6770 is going to handle gaming far better than the 525M in the dell. If gaming is your biggest concern go with the ATI, no question about it! The dell one has a better screen though, the XPS 15 has some of the best screens on the market, color reproduction wise. HP's screens are pretty good though too.
Optimus isnt going to make too much of a difference. Battery life between these two models is fairly similar with a very small advantage to the dell.
As for ATI vs Nvidia: if somebody says one is better than the other, its just fanboy-ism. They're both pretty equal as long as you're buying a card from a similar performance segment. In the case here, you're looking at a low end nvidia card compared to a high up mid-range from AMD Radeon.
