No. I want to connect USB ATI Remote wonder and wake up Notebook with remote controler.

See any option in the device manager for this device to "allow waking up the pc"?

Unfortunately I can not find either ACPI settings in BIOS and I wonder whether that notebook supports it (maybe some other version of BIOS)

Are you trying to turn the notebook on (cold start) from the ATI remote, or just getting it out from sleep/hibernation (wake)?

Both.

I tried to wake up from sleep/hibernate/cold start, without success.

I don't know about cold start from USB, but as mentioned above, take a look in the device manager section and see if you can set the option to wake the system up from that (USB port) Device.
