and spend $30 more? Nah I'll take my chances with the troubleshooting which takes 5 minutes to figure out

30 bucks more if your one of those types that 'has to get it on release day'. Releases don't get me excited anymore. Ya I'm looking forward to some games but I do not need to get them on the day they come out. Waiting a bit for the price to come down doesn't hurt and it allows me to finish a few titles that I'm working on.

Edit: Not saying your one of those types and 30 bucks for a newly released game is hard to say no too.

So I guess it's not 5 minutes. I can't get sound to work in this game. I have literally 50 other games installed on my PC, all work fine. BUt for some reason this game doesn't work .

Any ideas?

from what I understand the version from Steam wasn't the final build, a prerelease got put on there by mistake. youve got to wait until they rectify it

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I've downloaded the game 3 times now.
