Hello all.
After spending hours on forums and chat sites I could not find a decent solution to the graphics problem whilst using W764.
It's a very simple fix.
First thing is to download this:

This is the vista driver 64 bit, there are NO official drivers for windows 7 for this chip.
Run as admin, and uncheck earthsim (if its there) as its not needed. Go through the installation and choose express settings.
Now when installing it will go in this order Cataylst install manager> display driver> CCC. The first two will install, but CCC will not. It will hang at CCC at somepoint. This is good. Do not click exit' as it will not work/uninstall driver. What you want to do is go onto task manager and then processes and end the installer process. You'll find it easy as it says CATALYST next to it and uses alot of system memory.
Now, restart and you should have the driver installed. It will look like this on device manager:
