dell studio 1537 won't boot up. Three light volume up,down and mute blinking continuously!!!

Hello! I've a problem with my dell studio 1537 won't  boot up. Three light  volume up,down and mute blinking continuously!!! When I finished clean fan cooler and boot up sussesfully I mount all the pieces carefully. In the end of proces my notebook didn't boot up but only flash continuously three light on the touch panel (volume up, volume down, mute). I'm graduated in IT science in year 2003 in Tirana Albania University and I have good experience with computer technology.

Can anyone have any idea about this problem?

I have seen questions about the diagnostic codes (volume/mute LEDs) on Dell Studio 1735 1737 laptops where the Mute and Volume up lights stay on while the Volume down Blinks. So far as I can tell, by searching the web, no one has posted the meaning of these lights.

 

Well here is a link to tell what the light codes mean. If your system has power but is not performing a POST just check if the mute, volume up, and volume down multimedia buttons are lit in a sequence indicating a system problem.
