Dell inspiron 1300 RAM + CPU upgrade

Hi, I would like to know what it the max RAM and CPU I can upgrade on a Dell Inspiron 1300.
Current HW:

256Mb, 400Mhz Dual DDR2 SDRAM

(PC2-4200s-444-11-c0)

edit: DIMM

CPU:

Celeron M (06d8)

1.6Ghz, 1024Kb cache

What are the possible max upgrades here?
Can I get a 533Mhz ram working?

Should work (533MGz ram module). As far as CPU concerns, you can try a Pentium M
