Aspire 8943G fan issue

the fan of my Aspire 8943G is starting even at low temp as 38-42 degree (checked with speedfan), I updated the bios to 1.06 but no difference, I understand there is no way to undervolt the i7 to reduce the temp, is it normal fan start so early and are there any trick to set the start point to 50-60 degree?

I don't see anything wrong with fan starts early, as long as it is quiet winknudge.gif I would not mess with fan kicking in at 50+ too late in my books
