bluetooth probelem on acer aspire 4710z

plz anyone help me ........ i have an acer aspire 4710z laptop and my OS is XP professional SP3 .

my windows is not detecting any bluetooth hardware .. after instaling all versions latest oldest , i have checked all versions . even when we open computer management and device manager . computer shows only 'bluetooth bus enumerator' in bluetooth devices option.

the software is  not detecting bluetooth device . an error ocured' please verify that ur bluetooth edvice properly connected'.

plz anyone help me ....................

what exactly are you trying to connect via BT?

i m just trying to connect my mobile to PC via bluetooth .. 
but on PC when i go for starting bluetooth says no bluetooth device found .. 
i have installed all drivers of bluetooth .. 
there is one more question ..
does aspire 4710z comes with inbuilt bluetooth hardware?
