reinstalling windows 7

i would like to reinstall windows 7, and delete all hidden folders, viruses, and spyware. what is the best way to do this? i've heard of ccleaner's drive wiper, darik's boot and nuke, or just the windows 7 disk. what is the best way?

Start fresh with a Windows 7 installation disk - and be careful with what you intend to install (apps / drivers ) afterward.
