8GB DIMMs?

Does anyone know of a place selling 8GB DIMMs yet? Looks like Crucial does not have any yet.

Wouldn't matter. By the time it's available, unlikely your current notebook will support it anyway. Especially now how Intel and AMD are managing ram, being entirely fixed and dependent on the CPU. This all being tied with Bus/CPU frequency speeds having to be correct. My guess when this is available, it will be on ram too fast for your system.

Don't assume - machine already supports them (Lenovo W520) - they're just not widely available yet.
