Satellite m65 ram upgrade

Even though the max is 2gb. I want to know is it possible to run 3gb anyway? If i upgrade to 3gb, will only 2gb be recognized?

((http://www.crucial.com/)) I suppose you will never know unless you try. If you are only running a 32 bit OS that will limit you to what your computer can use...32 bit max @3 GBs
