I recently recieved a used acer apire 4520 with no software and am unable to reset the password. Can anyone help? Would thoroughly appreciate the assistance.

Password help if there is any will be hard to get as no one knows for sure if you actually own the computer..you very likely do, but its hard to prove and someone may be aiding in a criminal activity

You can try some simple tricks like resetting the CMOS battery or get info from Microsoft as how to reset the OS admin password. These are legit as they can get.
