Samsung Serie 9

I have a Samsung Serie 9 PC and I can´t get connected to an external projector, neither to a TV screen through a RGB connectioin. The PC doesn´t recognize the external screen and there is no way to get an image out of the computer.

Does anyone knows how to solve this problem? I will appreciate any advise.

Cable used (part number)? tv model? What have you tried so far as app / software concerns?

I used a Micro HDMI to VGA Adapter Model AA-AHONAMB sold by Samsung.

The TV used were an LG and a Sony LCD Displays with RGB connectors. I didn´t have a micro HDMI available. None worked.

According to Samsung, it´s a problem of compatibility between their technology (used in the Serie 9) and the TV screens.

I also experienced the same problem with a projector with an in-out RGB connection. When connected to the RGB1 port with just IN entrance, it worked, but at the RGB2 port with in/out functions, didn´t work at all.

 

Do you have any solution for this situation?

an USB to HDMI/DVI/VGA adapter/converter is your best bet at this time. Try get something that would cost at least 30-40$ anything less than that will NOT work - unless you found a heck of a deal somewhere

Samsung added the Silver color edition to its Notebook Series 9 line up. Whilst the existing Mineral Ash model which looks like two tone colors depending on lights delivers a sense of luxurious refinement, the new Silver model highlights the image and characteristic of an ultra-slim and light-weighted portable notebook with the bright clean color.
