Thanks, I might get a cooler and I might try compressed (canned) air? A lot of people said that's good too

Thanks guys, I don't think downclocking the GPU would do me any good though, since I game a lot, and thermal paste is always an option, plus I'll probably get a cooling pad, other than that I've blown some canned air inside and I'll update if it has less overheating...

Update: less overheating when playing GTA 4, played it for an hour last night and it didn't overheat, stayed over 30 fps most of the time!
