This doesn't apply to everyone, and its not PCTorque specific. But I know that most places that also sell the 3200 started shipping them today. I have some friends online that have all said theres is scheduled for shipment this week sometime, most of them tomorrow and Wednesday, but they did in fact start shipping today.
As for PCTorque, I don't know. I do know that the 15th is a Saturday, which says to me that they are NOT shipping on that day since UPS and FedEx don't even do pickups on Saturday unless you pay extra, and its usually a lot extra. Not to mention most people don't even work on Saturdays, which may or may not apply to PCTorque, its just an assumption.
That day, should also, NOT apply to the delivery date, as once again, its a Saturday and to get something delivered by UPS or FedEx on a Saturday costs a lot extra.
So basically either way that date doesn't make sense. I would assume it could be an estimated delivery date though. They should be shipping this week since every other site selling these in the US have slated them for this week.
