external keyboard

Hi guys I have an alienware m17x10 and would like to use an external keyboard for gaming and would like to know what other users recommend be it usb cordless or corded. Thanks in advance. Billy

I prefer corded external myself when gaming. Less interference.

I always use corded. Wireless may have come a long way in terms of lag, but I don't like the idea of replacing batteries in keyboards and mice.

I have used the Eclipse Saitek

and currently using the Razer Lycosa

Both have flaws, but the Razer is built more sturdy and more durable IMO

My Logitech wireless kb goes 1-2 years with a set of 2 batteries - not bad.

Cheers for the quick reply's I've decided to go for the micro sidewinder is there any prob's to encounter in setting it up or is it plug in and play? Billy
