I dont know if I am just being extra thick today or what but, according to the instuctions on page 58 ( I beleive) for removal of the HDDs and judging by the size of the carrier, it appears there are two.. anyway, after the access panel is removed, you are confronted by the caddy, whch has 4 small mounting screws and two plastic tabs (one on each end of the caddy which are to be pulled to the left together toremove the caddy...been trying that but it doest want to budge..I see there are metal tabs on the upper part of the caddy which slide under some plastic tabs to keep it mounted...does one need to use more force and push the whole caddy with a wooden object or somehing..its in there tight
