Latitude E6320 and DVI

I recently bought a Latitude E6320 and the recommended dock the Simple E-Port Replicator. The issue I'm having is that when I connect my E6320 I cannot get any DVI output from the replicator. VGA works fine but the dual-link DVI connection just will not work.

 

I'm probably missing something obvious but even after two replacement docks and a new motherboard Dell have assured me they should definitely be compatible over DVI. But then Dell would say that wouldn't they rolleyes.gif

 

Any explanation/help would be gratefully received.

DVI cable? Review the DVI specs and see which cable must you have

Are you use the port is dual link? I have noticed a lot of Dell Replicators only support dual link when using the display port. Though I could be wrong.
