The Asus video card is clearly better, double as many shader units.

yea asus has a better video card but i think its a little "better" and lenovo got 2mp camera and 640hd, hmmm im confused xD

Asus is 2,000 php cheaper than the lenovo, as i have canvas. and i think they got same time of warranty.

Actually, the Lenovo you're looking at is an IdeaPad, which is just one of Lenovo's consumer-oriented notebooks. The ones that incorporate IBM patents are the Thinkpad series. And Lenovo bought IBM's notebook unit (Thinkpads), not the other way around. So aside from the patented technology in Thinkpads, IBM and Lenovo are not related in any way.

Also, more expensive does not always equal better for your needs. It all comes down to how you plan to use the notebook.
