ASUS "On LIne Service" -- Does not work?

On the web page http://support.asus.com/contactus.aspx?SLanguage=en there is a link "ASUS On Line Service (IM)".

 

Clicking on this link displays the same web page. How do I access the On Line Service? Is this a problem with the ASUS web site, or perhaps ASUS does not really offer the On Line Service? Or is this really a paid service?

 

Anyone know what is going on here?

I should have been more specific. Clicking on the link for "United States" just brings me back to the same page. I tried with 3 browsers - IE, Firefox, Opera - same results.

 

I really wish someone from ASUS would prowl these forums and provide answers where appropriate...

I get the same screen. So how do I access the On Line Service? I have assumed that "on line service" is some sort of chat with an ASUS tech rep? Am I wrong? Am I just absolutely misreading the intent of this page? If so, color me stupid.   azz.gif

I believe that the term "On Line Service" is a bit vague. It looks to me it is simply access to a collection of forms to fill (on line) in for specific support requrests laugh4.gif
