Has anyone Tried a SATA 2nd HDD Adapter for the media bay in an M70 or similar machine?

Curious if anyone has tried one of these and if it works in an M70 or similar machine. It states that it is a 2nd Hard Drive Adapter for the Removable Media Bay (Optical Bay) compatible with the Dell Precision M70 Laptops.  Not sure how this could work since the M70 has an IDE DVD-ROM and IDE Hard Drive Interface.  

 

Anyone Know?

ON the link you provide, it says they have a different caddy available for ATA drives.

Ok, so i guess my question is: Has anyone successfully a "SATA" 2nd HDD adapter (obviously with a SATA Hard Drive installed in it) in a Dell Precision M70 Laptop?
