Acer Aspire 4741G Recovery problem

Hi,

 

I need to restore my laptop to the factory default with acer eRecovery but i get this (hard drive configuration is not set to the factory default. restore aborted) so I restart it and enable D2D recovery from bios after i save it i used Alt + F10 i get GRUB4DOS 0.4.4 I don`t understand why its in my new laptop!!!

Any one can help me plz?

Possible hard drive corruption. Return the sysem for repair or replacement if you still have the warranty

Is the hard drive as it was from the factory and have you done anything to it???

Hi thx for replying..... I mean this GRUB4DOS 0.4.4

GRUB4DOS 0.4.4

 

This happen after I replace my hare drive after failure with my acer warranty and my laptop still new!!

Hello sorry to hear you were unfortunate enough to get the same error I got! I just fixed it this morning. I created a video on youtube that explains what I did to fix it. I hope it helps fix the error for you.
