I'd appreciate any help with this please!
I have a dell 1545 laptop. Earlier today hubby turned it on and it said there was a virus and it was shutting down, and now I can't get it to do anything! When I turn it on the dell sign comes up with the F2 and F12 options but then it does nothing. I've tried running the system tests but it keeps getting stuck on the 'confidence test'. Any ideas please?
