I've seen a lot of smack-talk about MicroMedia and I just I want to throw in my 2 cents in. They were really friendly on the phone, shipped a package to me right away and I had the computer fixed and back in my hand in exactly a week from my call. I don't know if they Up'd their game or I was a fluke, but I think they rocked it! BTW the computer in question is an HP DV6000 series which we all know is a POS. Also, the box they shipped to me was a genius design.
